These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Website and its features related to our game server, including player stats, server stats, map stats, ban stats, admin requests, unban requests, complaints, and public staff/VIP lists.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

3) Eligibility

The Website is intended for users aged 13+. If your local laws require a higher minimum age for online services, you may only use the Website with a parent/guardian’s permission.

4) Accounts

The Website provides user accounts. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

Account data we store (typical):
  • email
  • nickname
  • avatar
  • logs related to account/server activity (for security and moderation)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

5) Player and server statistics

By playing on our server and/or using the Website, you understand that certain data is collected and displayed for community and moderation purposes.

Data shown publicly may include:
  • nickname
  • time played, last seen, and joins
  • gameplay statistics (e.g., kills, deaths, headshots, accuracy, rankings)
  • map history (maps played)
  • server visit statistics (connections, hours, peak activity)
  • ban information (reason, duration, and the admin who issued the ban)
Data stored internally (not publicly displayed):
  • unique player identifier (e.g., SteamID / internal ID)
  • IP address
Accuracy notice

Statistics and logs can mean “best effort” and may be generated automatically. We do not guarantee complete accuracy at all times.

6) Community rules

You must follow our community rules when using the Website and server.

7) User submissions (Admin Requests, Unban Requests, Complaints)

The Website may allow you to submit content (text, evidence, links, screenshots, demos, etc.) through:

  • Admin Requests
  • Unban Requests
  • Complaints

By submitting content, you confirm:

  • you are responsible for what you submit
  • you have the right to share the content you submit
  • we may store and review submissions for moderation and administration

Admin Requests must follow the model/template shown on the Admin Request page.

We may remove submissions that are abusive, illegal, spam, or violate rules/Terms.

8) Admin Requests process

Minimum requirements (guideline):
  • Age: 18+
  • higher activity/time played is preferred
  • appropriate behavior is required
Decision process:
  • Admins may provide an Approve / Reject vote and an opinion, but final decisions are made only by the Founder/Owner.
  • Submitting an Admin Request does not guarantee acceptance.

9) Unban Requests process

Unban Requests are typically reviewed once per day. A decision is discretionary and may be:

  • approved
  • rejected
  • delayed for more information

10) Complaints

Complaints about admins/players are accepted. We may remove or close complaints that:

  • contain harassment, hate, threats, or personal data (doxxing)
  • are spam
  • are clearly abusive or made in bad faith

11) Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • attempt to hack, exploit, disrupt, or overload the Website or server (including DDoS attempts)
  • scrape the Website aggressively or use bots that harm performance
  • submit malicious links/files
  • impersonate admins/moderators/other users
  • post illegal content, harassment, hate, or private personal data

Violations may lead to a website ban, server ban, and removal of access.

12) VIP

VIP features and purchases (if available) are described here: https://furled.pro/shop

  • Refund policy: If VIP is purchased, refunds are available within the first 24 hours after activation.
  • We may change VIP benefits/pricing at any time by updating the Shop page.

13) Intellectual Property and trademarks

  • Website design and original content are owned by the Operator unless stated otherwise.
  • Counter-Strike 1.6 and Valve names/trademarks belong to their respective owners. This Website is unofficial and not endorsed by them.

14) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Website at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version and changing the “Last updated” date.

15) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • inaccuracies in stats/logs
  • downtime or interruptions
  • moderation outcomes (bans/unbans/admin decisions)
  • indirect or consequential damages

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how cookies work on the Website.

2) Why we collect and use data

We process data to:

  • provide and display server/community statistics
  • run user accounts and maintain security
  • prevent abuse and enforce rules
  • handle moderation (bans/unbans/complaints/admin requests)
  • improve Website reliability and performance

We do not use third-party analytics tools.

3) Cookies

We use cookies for:

  • Session cookies (login/session management)
  • Preference cookies (basic preferences)

We also use Cloudflare for security and DDoS protection, which may set cookies and process limited technical data to protect the Website.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features (like login) may not work correctly.

4) Data retention

  • server logs/stats: stored indefinitely
  • ban history: stored indefinitely
  • form submissions (admin/unban/complaints): stored for 24 months
  • account logs: may be stored as needed for security/moderation (including long-term retention where required)

5) Account deletion

You can delete your account using the account deletion option in your profile page.

Important
  • Deleting your account removes access and may remove/disable your profile.
  • We may still retain certain records (e.g., moderation logs, security logs, ban history, and form submissions within their retention period) to prevent abuse and protect the community.

6) Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request:

  • access to your data
  • correction of inaccurate data

Anonymization of player profiles on request is not available.
