Regulations admins
I. Changing the map
You are NOT allowed to change the map without a vote — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
You are required to discuss with each other before starting a vote — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
You are required to include at least 3 maps in the vote — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
Maps shown in say /harti (the last 5 maps played) are excluded from voting (exception between 01:00–10:00) — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
Between 01:00–10:00, you must keep the server populated, using any type of map depending on the number of players — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
After night schedule begins and until it ends (01:00–10:00), admins are obligated not to modify the map or the time limit. This schedule means: starting at 01:00, the maps kept on the server will be classic until 04:00 as long as an admin is active, after which the next map will be de_dust2 until 11:00. After 11:00/12:00, you regain the right to change the map — Sanctions start from a 3-day suspension, up to -1 rank or even REMOVE.
Voting will be started only in the last 10 minutes — not 15, not 20, only the last 10 minutes — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
After 23:00, awp maps are excluded from voting — Sanctions start from suspension of access.
II. Using commands
You are NOT allowed to insult on public chat say/say_team — Violation is sanctioned starting from -1 rank.
You are NOT allowed to issue a ban without providing the reason — Sanctions start from -1 rank.
Admins are not allowed to kick after 01:00 any player/admin for being AFK, only if another player wants to join — a colleague — Sanctions start from verbal warning / suspension / -1 rank.
Changing the nickname of people with names that are too long/vulgar/contain characters like ~@#%&.^$ is done to RESPAWN.FURLED.PRO or any other name by using the command amx_nick in console — Sanctions for indifference start from a verbal warning.
The banlist is mandatory on this server; each admin must have a banlist and must post there all permanent bans; proof is mandatory in the post. Any ban given without proof and without a forum post will be SANCTIONED WITH REMOVE!!!
III. Temporary bans
To give a temporary ban, use: amx_ban "name" "time" "reason".
Give gag to people who insult players/admins for a period between 3 and 29 minutes (maximum), depending on the offenses/irony involved. If they retry after gag, apply a ban between 30 and 120 minutes at your choice — Sanction for not respecting these guidelines starts from a 3-day suspension if the sanction doesn't match.
IV. Permanent bans
All permanent bans are given by STEAMID and IP. To ban a player use: amx_ban "name" "0" "reason" (quotes are not mandatory). After banning, use amx_last, take the IP, and run amx_addban "sasa" "IP TAKEN FROM LAST" 0 reason. (Only the IP must be in quotes.) If the person has left the server, use similarly: amx_addban nick "STEAMID OR IP" "0" "reason". (The STEAMID must be in quotes in both cases.) To find the STEAMID, use amx_last (if they left the server).
All permanent bans must have proof (demo or screenshot). All admins must keep proof for 14 days, in case of an unban request/complaint — Sanctions start from -1 rank.
Do not ban an IP range/class — Violation is sanctioned with REMOVE.
Players are sanctioned with permanent ban for:
- Using cheats of any kind.
- If they were banned in the past and you are sure it's the same player.
- Severe insults toward Staff and the KISS server.
Each admin is obligated to apply a ban command only if the proof belongs to them. Requesting another admin to ban is forbidden (exception: Founder / Co-Founder rank) — Sanctions start from -1 rank for the admin who executed the command.
V. Nickname & amx_say
It is forbidden to play with a name other than the one you have access on. Only nicknames where your identity can be easily recognized by other admins are accepted — Sanctions start from 1-day/3-day suspension.
It is forbidden for admins to use amx_say/csay/tsay for personal interest — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
The amx_say command may be used at most 3 consecutive times — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
VI. Login data (Admin name and password)
It is forbidden to share your access data (nick/pass — steam) — Violation is sanctioned with REMOVE.
It is forbidden to forward your cfg to others without first checking/removing any setinfo _pw line from it. It may contain your access data.
If you forgot your login data and no longer have the message with your access data, request a resend from a Founder.
Founders / Co-Founders with FTP access are forbidden to disclose personal login data or server/forum passwords to any other admin regardless of rank or to other people; these are sent exclusively via PM to entitled persons — Violation is sanctioned with REMOVE.
VII. Admin activity
Admins must have a forum account and be active on the server.
Admins must inform themselves regarding server conditions (rules, plugins, announcements). Misinforming admins is sanctioned with suspension / verbal warning / remove.
Admins must upload screenshots to an image site (imgur.com, postimage.com). If the player can't upload, they will be posted on the forum at Unban Requests — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
VIII. Rule violations
Do NOT abuse admin powers — Violation is sanctioned according to the sanction system.
Admins must be impartial and keep the game as free and enjoyable as possible — Sanctions for favoritism start from -1 rank.
You must be an example for other players!
Attacks of any kind between admins are forbidden. Don't take justice into your own hands; present proof to the Founder/Co-Founder — Violation is sanctioned starting from -1 rank.
Using commands on each other (admins) is strictly forbidden — Violation is sanctioned starting from -1.
I agree to read the forum at least once per day.
CONGRATULATIONS! You took the initiative to read the rules and you're one step away from becoming an admin. Almost there!
In the 01–10 interval you do not kick bots, regardless of the number of players — Violation is sanctioned starting from -1.
Admins must keep decent language, both on the forum and on the server, including public chat and admin chat — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
If an admin resigns and wants to return to staff, they will receive the rank Super-Moderator/Administrator regardless of what rank they had! (Depending on the person and the rank they had before.)
You are required to stay on our TeamSpeak (TS.FURLED.PRO — RESPAWN Channel) while you are admins with us. Important: when you join the server, also join TeamSpeak! — Sanctions: verbal warning — suspension.
IX. Rights
Admins have the right to be informed.
Admins have the right to free expression.
Admins have the right to free choice.
Keyword: mouse (Use this as the answer to the question "Did you read the rules?" in admin applications.)
X. Obligations
If a player reports someone and claims they have cheats, you are obligated to do your admin duty and watch the reported player — Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
Respect your colleagues and players on the server.
If you have a problem and you are absent from the server for more than 5/6 days, announce it on the forum in "STAFF Zone" → Absences / Resignations. Otherwise you will be sanctioned if you don't inform us.
Follow the advice/instructions of higher-rank admins.
Maintain a pleasant atmosphere on the server and fair play.
You are obligated to respond to unban requests/complaints made against you on the forum within max 24 hours — Violation is sanctioned starting with a verbal warning and ending with -1/suspension/remove.
Higher-rank or older admins must help new admins and explain what to do if they have problems. Don't jump on them and don't criticize—nobody is born knowing everything.
Admins are not allowed to ask for explanations about commands used by colleagues in any way and in no case from the "Owner/Founder" ranks — Bring proof to a Founder via private message if there are issues — Sanctions start from verbal warning / -1 / suspension.
If you suspect an admin of cheating, do not provoke discussions directly or indirectly on server/forum and do not execute commands on them. You must bring clear proof against that admin (demo) and find a founder to analyze it.
Admins have the right to ask for the staff-only password and to check the section periodically. (For the password type /pass on the server.)
XI. Other
Indifference shown by any admin is sanctioned starting from a verbal warning up to REMOVE.
If a Founder joins the server and notices cheaters and online admins who are actively playing without interest in cleaning the server, all those present on the server are sanctioned with verbal warning / suspension / -1 rank.
If a Founder/Co-Founder requests help verifying players or gives directives to admins on the server related to their activity and conduct and they do not respect them (ignoring or contesting them), sanctions start from a verbal warning if it does not fall under another sanction from the sanction system.
The rules are valid for absolutely everyone, without exception!
WarGods is forbidden! Admins must be active daily, bring new people here, and advertise the server! Promotions will only be given by the server founders when they consider you capable of the rank you will hold! Their decisions are not discussed regarding the admin or the server!

Regulations players
Obscene language, swearing, or insults directed at admins or especially at other players on the server are forbidden.
REBUY is forbidden (weapons or grenades may be bought only once per round) — (slay/ban 120 min, depending on severity).
If you received a gag on the server, it is forbidden to harass admins via say_team@! — (warning / ban 10 min).
If you have a gag on the server, it is preferable to wait for the gag to expire and not to retry — (ban 120 min).
Players are not allowed to use nicknames that contain swearing, obscenities, insults (toward players, admins, or the server), any kind of advertising, websites with obscene content, or any derivatives of these — (kick / ban 20 min).
Aliases, ESL models, or any kind of assistance that helps you shoot better or gives you an ADVANTAGE are strictly forbidden and are punished with a PERMANENT BAN.
Refusing a PC check by one of our authorized watchers (only for game-related checking: CS 1.6 – cheats) is punished with a PERMANENT BAN.
Double-jump may be used only in places where you can legitimately climb with it (for example: T base box on dust2, CT stairs box, etc.) where you are visible, and you must not use any bug to see through walls and shoot, or to shoot "in the dark." It is strictly forbidden in places where you cannot be seen. Punishment: slay up to 5 slays, then kick and ban (5–10–30 min).
Advertising other servers, CS forums, or sites with obscene content is strictly forbidden! — (warning / kick / temporary ban / permanent ban).
Using cheats or "helper" programs or configs on the server is strictly forbidden — (permanent ban).
Players who had screenshots taken are required to give the screenshots to the admin for verification — (warning / permanent ban). It is recommended to upload the pictures to www.imgur.com/upload and send the link to the admin either on the server or on TeamSpeak.
Players checked by admins must agree to a PC check for cheats only if the admin has the Watcher rank or is a Founder on the server.
Reporting cheaters by other players should be done with say_team @ message or by pressing U and starting the message with @!
It is forbidden to use general chat to report cheaters (you will most likely receive a gag)! If you reported a cheater and the admin on the server takes no action, the admin is obligated to inform you that the player is playing clean; if that does not happen, you have the full right to file a complaint on the forum against that admin.
If there is no admin on the server, you will record a demo (record nick in console) and post it on the forum in [COMPLAINTS] with the title [ban request] Player name.
